Industrial Glassware
Goel Glass Inc. designs, engineers, and fabricates industrial-grade Borosilicate Glass reactor systems and jacketed vessels engineered for demanding chemical synthesis, crystallization, dissolution, and distillation processes. Operating with complete transparency, our reactor systems provide total visual observation of process phenomena, liquid phases, color transitions, and solid suspension.
Vessel Configurations & Capacities:
Every vessel is engineered with precision Schott/QVF-compatible buttress flanges, multiple top nozzles for feeding, condensing, reflux dividing, and instrumentation, and a zero-dead-volume flush bottom outlet valve (DN25 / DN40) equipped with chemically inert PTFE bellows sealing.
Key Technical Parameters:
Yes, Goel Glass supplies both standard catalog configurations and custom-engineered reaction systems. Standard spherical vessels are available from 5 L to 100 L, while cylindrical jacketed vessels are offered from 10 L to 50 L (and benchtop scales from 0.5 L to 5 L). We customize nozzle numbers, nominal sizes (DN25 to DN200), joint styles (buttress, spherical, or flat flange), baffle insertions, and support framework geometries to suit your exact facility and process requirements.
Key selection criteria include required batch processing volume, process temperature range (-50°C to +200°C) and allowable jacket differential (ΔT ≤ 50°C), vacuum rating (-1.0 bar g), heat transfer area requirement, agitation viscosity and solids-handling demands, head-space and condenser duty, and chemical compatibility of all wetted PTFE and FFKM gasket materials.
