Goel Glass Inc. designs and fabricates precision Benchtop Laboratory Glass Reactors engineered for process development, organic chemical synthesis, kinetic studies, crystallization, and small-batch production. Manufactured from premium Borosilicate Glass in strict compliance with DIN ISO 3585 and ASTM E438 Type I Class A, our benchtop reactors provide full process visibility, high chemical resistance, and minimal dead space.
Designed for ambient reactions, photochemistry, or operations heated via external heating mantles or water/oil baths.
Fitted with a sealed glass jacket for circulating heating or cooling thermal fluids from -50°C to +180°C (ΔT up to 110°C).
Features an outer vacuum insulation jacket preventing frosting during sub-zero cooling and protecting operators from hot surfaces.

A Double-Walled reactor incorporates a heating/cooling jacket for circulating thermal fluid between -50°C and +180°C. A Triple-Walled reactor adds an outer sealed high-vacuum insulation jacket. This outer vacuum barrier prevents condensation and frost formation during cryogenic runs, maintains stable process temperatures by preventing heat loss, and protects laboratory personnel against accidental burns when handling hot reaction mixtures.
Goel Glass supplies benchtop reactors in standard working capacities of 0.5L, 1.0L, 2.0L, 3.0L, and 5.0L. Each vessel is engineered with an L/D aspect ratio of ~1.5 to provide optimal agitation dynamics and linear scale-up to pilot plant units. All vessels feature standard DN100 or DN150 flat-ground flange lids with interchangeable ports.
The system can be fully configured with digital overhead stirrers (40–400 RPM), PTFE anchor/propeller impellers, high-efficiency coil condensers, graduated pressure-equalizing dropping funnels, PT100 temperature sensor thermowells, reflux splitters, distillate collection receivers, and heating/chilling circulator connections.
Our proprietary PTFE flush bottom valve features a contoured spindle that seats exactly flush with the interior bottom glass contour. This eliminates unmixed dead volume beneath the agitator blade, ensures uniform reaction stoichiometry, and guarantees complete product drainage without disassembly.
